これは本当にそうだと思う。
給料を上げるためには出世しなければならず、出世してしまうと管理する側に回るため
製造や開発からは距離をおいてしまう。
技術者のままで給与が上がっていく仕組みが必要ではないんだろうか。
やっぱり、管理者は管理者だし、技術者は技術者で求められる能力違うと思うし。
